Public scans
We retrieve publicly accessible brand pages and preserve relevant product information. Scan and snapshot links are private by possession of the link and excluded from indexing.
Business contact details
We store the name, business email, company and role you submit so the operator can review your audit request. These details are available in the authorized operator workspace. Automated marketing emails are disabled.
Internal files
Uploaded datasets are scoped to a project and its organization. Do not upload personal consumer information that is unnecessary for portfolio analysis.
Storage and retention
Scan results, audit requests and uploaded data are stored for the operator to review and manage. Automatic deletion is not currently enabled. Contact egorqseryak@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion; the operator will review your request. Backup copies may remain until their retention period ends.
Cookies and service operation
Signing in uses a session cookie. We record service events such as a scan starting or an audit being requested, along with submitted campaign attribution. These records support service operation and usage analysis. Paid AI analysis and automated outbound email are disabled in the initial release.
